Information you give us. When you contact us through a form on this site, we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you enter. When you register for a league or a tournament, registration is handled by our registration provider, LeagueApps, and the information you enter there is held under their terms and privacy policy as well as ours.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web host records standard server log data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use analytics to understand which pages are visited and how people move through the site.
Photos and video. We take photographs and video at league nights and tournaments and may publish them on this site and on our social media accounts.
How we use it
We use the information you give us to answer your questions, to run leagues and tournaments, to send you information about the season you have signed up for, and to keep our records accurate. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers who help us run the club and this website – our website host, our registration and payment provider, our email provider and our analytics provider – and only to the extent they need it to do that work. How long we keep it
Messages sent through our contact form are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for our records. Registration records are kept for as long as they are needed for club administration and for any legal or accounting requirement that applies.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you would prefer that a photograph of you is not used on this site or on our social media, tell us and we will remove it. To make any of these requests, contact us through the contact page.
Children
Seven Cities Sports Club runs adult programmes. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection and hosted on a managed platform with its own security controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.
